BOROUGH OF PLUM OFFICIAL NOTICE Notice of Hearing To all residents and interested parties, the Council of the Borough of Plum will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to Borough Ordinance #723-04, which adopted the Uniform Construction Code. The proposed ordinance amendment will require building permits to be issued for certain accessory structures and for alterations or repairs to residential buildings, as well as establishing certain exemptions for the issuance of building permits. The hearing will be held on November 2, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road, Pittsburgh PA 15239.
