BOROUGH OF PLUM OFFICIAL NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD The Borough of Plum Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a hearing for December 15, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15239. The subject of the hearing is as follows: 1. ZHB-201512 - A request from Salvatore Tresco, at 1322 Renton Road for a use by special exception for the expansion of an existing non-conforming use. The request does not comply with Ordinance 507-93 concerning non-conforming uses. The property is located within a "B-1" Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. 2. ZHB-201513 - A request from Cindy McKay at 131 School Road, for a use variance to operate a commercial business in an "R-1" Suburban Residential district. The request does not comply with Ordinance 731-04. The property is zoned "R-1" Suburban Residential. 3. ZHB-201514 - A request from PennTex Ventures, LLC, at 2409 Route 286 for a variance to the number of business signs. The request does not comply with Ordinance 507-93 concerning the number of business signs allowed. The property is zoned "H-C" Highway Commercial.
