BOROUGH OF PLUM OFFICIAL NOTICE The Council of the Borough of Plum, at their regularly scheduled meeting on December 14, 2015, will consider action to adopt an ordinance to accept the dedication of roads and storm sewers constructed as part of phase four of the Highlands Plan of Homes. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF PLUM ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION TO PUBLIC USE OF CERTAIN ROADS, OR A PORTION OF CERTAIN ROADS KNOW AS MUIRFIELD COURT, DUNDEE COURT AND HEATHER COURT IN PHASE IV OF THE HIGHLANDS PLAN, MORE FULLY SET FORTH IN A METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE PART OF THIS ORDINANCE TOGETHER WITH ITS RESPECTIVE STORM SEWER INSTALATIONS IN SAID STREET OR PORTION OF STREET AND SETTING THE GRADE OF THE STREET SO ACCEPTED AT THE GRADE EXISITNG ON THE GROUND. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the Plum Borough Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road, Plum, PA 15239 during regular business hours.
