ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM UPGRADE AT FORT CHERRY SR HIGH SCHOOL AND FORT CHERRY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The Fort Cherry School District is receiving bids on the following Contract; Domestic water system upgrade at Fort Cherry Sr. High School and Fort Cherry Elementary School for Fort Cherry School District Fort Cherry School District, the Owner, will receive separate sealed Bids for the construction contract on the above Project until the time and date and at the place scheduled below. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the Administration Offices. The clock in the Conference Room will determine prevailing time for receipt of bids. The District invites interested parties to attend. BID DUE DATE: April 29, 2016 PROJECT Domestic Water System Upgrade at Fort Cherry Sr. High School and Fort Cherry Elementary School for Fort Cherry School District BID DUE/OPENING TIME: 11:00 A.M., Prevailing Time PLACE OF RECEIPT: Fort Cherry School District Administration Offices, Attn.: Jessica Drylie, Business Manager PLACE OF OPENING: Administration Offices Conference Room, 110 Fort Cherry Road, McDonald, PA 15057 Bidders may obtain one complete set of the Bidding Documents for this Project by contacting the Fort Cherry Administration Office, Fort Cherry School District, 110 Fort Cherry Road, McDonald, PA 15057, (724) 796- 1551 . A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set is required for this project, and must be in the form of a corporate, or business check made payable to "Fort Cherry School District" and brought to the Administration Office Fort Cherry School District. If the bidding documents are to be mailed the deposit amount will be $75.00 for this project and the contractor shall provide an account for the shipping to be charged. A Bid Security in the amount of 10 percent must accompany each Bid in accordance to the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid received. A pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 10:00 am. The meeting will start in the School District Administration Office (Located behind the Elementary School) and will end with a walk? through of the construction route. Bids will be received from Bidders who have registered with Fort Cherry School District and purchased a complete set of Bidding Documents as a Prime Bidder.
