LEGAL NOTICE Allegheny County Department of Human Services Public Meetings/Hearings on Human Service Block Grant application The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) will hold two public meetings/hearings to talk about the plan and its implementation: The first meeting/hearing is in Turtle Creek: June 1, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Human Services Center, 413 Penn Ave Ext., Turtle Creek, PA 15145. The second meeting/hearing is in downtown Pittsburgh: June 1, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the 412 Youth Zone, 304 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. People interested in testifying or commenting on the plan will have the opportunity to speak at the meetings. DHS makes reasonable efforts to accommodate people with disabilities.
